GotInfo Specialists communicate, connect and build communities. These are individuals who are interested in building an online presence. They like being on camera or want to learn how to be on camera. Some of our GotInfo Specialists are seeking to test the waters of social media influence, seeking to build an online personality or are thinking of pursuing a career in live news reporting. Further, some of our Specialists are bilingual and GotInfo Live Reporting gives them a chance to display their skills.

Duties

GotInfo Specialists conduct Live Reporting sessions for businesses, serving as an on-site brand ambassador for the business and providing info to GotInfo registered users. They work with business owners and the public. They establish an online presence that is professional, positive, and fun. Basically, they are the business and consumer liaison that makes magic happen!

Communication-Connection-Community Training

If becoming a GotInfo Specialist calls you, but seems a little nerve-wracking, don’t fret. GotInfo’s C-C-C Training is extensive and covers multiple areas of communication development. All GotInfo Specialists are trained on the specific skills they need to provide a robust, professional, clear, and authentic online Live Reporting session. In addition, Training Coaches will be overseeing your development so you are always enhancing your skills to effectively and efficiently communicate via the platform.

Sample Scenario

It is the afternoon of Halloween. You are located at a thrift shop during your Live Reporting Session. A GotInfo registered user asks if you see a long red cape. They need this cape to complete their Halloween costume and they need it now. The consumer is willing to pick up the item, but they don’t want to drive out to this location if the item is not there. As a GotInfo Specialist, you walk around the store, serving as the eyes and ears for the user, looking around and BOOM you find one. You let the user know and send pics and video of the cape. The consumer is happy and tells you to make the arrangements for her to purchase at the cash register. She will be arriving in ten minutes. You just made her day! You are a hero in a time of need and helped a business make a sale.
